Recover access safely
Contact the person who invited you to the private alpha and ask for a password-recovery link. They will verify the request through the attended support process.
Your password has not changed. Existing sessions remain active unless you or support revoke them.
Do not send your password, statement files, account numbers, balances, or transaction descriptions. A recovery link is one-time, expires after 30 minutes, and will sign out every existing session when you choose a new password.
